Hey Ninja Fam!
I'm looking for equipment needs and am currently considering this Ninja Table. Who out there has this equipment and what are your favorite uses? I see a lot of potential with such a versatile piece of equipment but I wanna see your skills, drills, and fun uses!
We have a similar one. Its one piece though. I use it to work flips off of. They are also great starters from Kash vault on the kiddos who struggle to get there feet up, and you add mats to increase the difficulty as they get comfortable. Precision jumps. Its a taller mat so getting used to bigger drops on the floor with mats to land on. Comboing around it. Laying it on its side and doing kongs . The potentials are endless
Hey all, looking for some clarification and resources on the Karate Aerial. I didn't see a skill video, and from what I can tell from browsing YouTube Shorts it's like a modified butterfly kick...?
Thanks in advance π€

Whatβs up Coach Brandon! Iβll check on the skill videoβ¦ in the meantime hereβs the link. But yes, essentially itβs a vertical butterfly kick. Drive elbows to floor & drive heels to the ceiling!

Hey Cat! Itβs written in the curriculum to be either, however my personal experience is that kids learn this as a back tuck first. π€
