Hey all, looking for some clarification and resources on the Karate Aerial. I didn't see a skill video, and from what I can tell from browsing YouTube Shorts it's like a modified butterfly kick...?

What’s up Coach Brandon! I’ll check on the skill video… in the meantime here’s the link. But yes, essentially it’s a vertical butterfly kick. Drive elbows to floor & drive heels to the ceiling!
